The General Archive's fundamental function is the coordination of all the elements that make up the University's archival system


Organization, management, treatment, custody and dissemination of the University's documentary heritage.
Provide users with consultation, loan and reprographic services for the documentary funds deposited in the Archive. and coordination with the General Archive.
Documentary background:
Administrative Fund of the University: The Administrative Fund of the General Archive is composed of the documents and files produced by all the organs of the University since its creation in 1997 until the present day.
Audiovisual Fund of the University:
The Audiovisual Fund of the General Archive is composed of the images, videos and audios produced and received by the University, which reflect the main events and people related to university life, as well as their relationship with societies and geographical environments and urban areas in which it is immersed, being a witness to its life and its growth.

- Acts of qualifications.
-Register of official and own titles. I study.
- Teaching Organization Plans.
Services and activities:
Transfer of documents from office files to the general file, this whole process is carried out based on instructions marked by the general file.
Other outstanding services would be that of consultation, loan and reprography that facilitates different forms of recovery of the documentation deposited in the General Archive by its producing offices.
The General Archive also offers the service of securely removing documents for documents that have received the mandatory opinion of the Administrative Documents Qualification Board.
The archive has an audiovisual documentary fund made up of still and moving images produced and received by the University, and which is accessible through an internet portal.
